Who is responsible

Musicplaylisting.com is operated by Internet Money B.V. (KVK 89258231), which is the controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact us at contact@musicplaylisting.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and artist name, which you enter at checkout.
• The Spotify track links you order campaigns for, and the details of each order.
• If you join the newsletter, the email address you submit for marketing updates.

We don't ask for an account or a password, and we never see or store your card details: payment is handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

• To run your campaign and contact you about it (including an order confirmation email after payment).
• To let you look up your order with your order ID and email.
• To handle refunds and keep the records we need for our accounts.
• If you subscribed to the newsletter: to send occasional marketing emails about campaigns and the product. That is separate from order and support messages.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising to third parties.

Newsletter

Signing up is a single opt-in: we store your email when you submit the form and may email you about Musicplaylisting.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also open /unsubscribe with the token from that link, or email us at contact@musicplaylisting.com and ask to be removed.

On your device

Your cart is saved in your browser so it's still there when you come back. After checkout we set one cookie that lets this browser open your order confirmation. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Track details

When you paste a track link, we ask Spotify for the track's public title and cover image to show you a preview. Only the track ID is sent.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@musicplaylisting.com. For the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
